Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy - Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification - Required
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification - Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field - Required
- EMR: EPIC experience - Required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans with prescribed interventions.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare providers to ensure patient care.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
