Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group using the nursing process and established standards.
- Collect relevant data, assess health status, analyze findings, and identify care issues to inform the plan of care.
- Develop and implement a plan of care, coordinate delivery across disciplines, and supervise applicable nursing staff.
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Document care and communications accurately in the designated electronic medical record; provide health information to patients, families, and the treatment team.
- Maintain a safe, healing environment and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to support optimal outcomes.

Requirements
- California RN license in good standing (state of practice)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from an approved vendor
- ACLS and PALS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS; AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS) required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care setting
