Your future role at a glance Location: Nashville, TN Facility: Saint Thomas Medical Partners Nashville Specialty: Primary Care Schedule: Days | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Empower through Diagnosis: Administer and interpret psychosocial assessments that provide the clarity needed to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental and behavioral health conditions. Design Custom Care: Develop and lead assessment-driven treatment plans, acting as the primary architect of your patient's recovery journey. Champion Collaboration: Partner closely with team managers, community agencies, and families to create a seamless circle of support and ensure long-term plan compliance. Deliver Versatile Therapy: Provide high-impact psychotherapeutic care across the spectrum—from immediate crisis intervention to sustained short-term and long-term therapy. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Clinical Social Worker credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Social Workers obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): Drivers License. Education: Master's degree in Social Work required. Work Experience: 3 years of experience preferred.
