Chain Connectivity Manager (Florida-Based)

The Connectivity team, part of the Supply organization, manages technical relationships with accommodation partners, hotel chains, independent properties, and channel manager platforms. The Opportunity We are looking for a Chain Connectivity Manager to own our channel manager partnerships across North America. The role focuses on building and deepening these relationships, improving partner technical integration, and expanding the number of properties available to travelers through our channels. What You’ll Do Build and manage relationships with channel manager partners across North America, acting as their primary point of contact for day‑to‑day needs and long‑term growth conversations. Proactively identify and approach new channel managers, opening conversations and bringing them onto the Agoda platform. Collaborate with existing partners to improve the quality and depth of their technical integration, increase the volume of properties connected, and resolve any issues affecting booking performance. Coordinate across internal teams—including commercial, product, and technology—to resolve partner issues and push forward joint initiatives. Support the expansion of Agoda’s channel manager partnerships into Latin America, building new relationships in a growing market. Track partner performance, identify opportunities, and present clear recommendations to internal stakeholders based on market observations. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience focused on external partnerships, account management, or business development, ideally with exposure to hospitality or travel technology. Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and turning those conversations into productive partnerships. Highly organized with the ability to manage many relationships and moving parts simultaneously. Strong communicator capable of working across teams and levels, building alignment and moving initiatives forward without direct authority. Motivated to work independently and take initiative. Based in Florida or within reasonable commuting distance of a major Florida metro area. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of how accommodation providers distribute inventory online, including OTA, channel manager, GDS, and property management platforms. Experience with technical integration documentation or APIs in any industry. Background in travel, hospitality, or technology. Connections or experience in Latin American markets.
