Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and diagnostic services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handyman, maintenance, HVAC, or a skilled trade
- Experience in multiple trades is highly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of Tampa
- Own professional tools (HVAC service tools required for HVAC assignments)
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to take and upload job-site photos
- Ability to complete digital work orders
- General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
Preferred Qualifications
