CareBuilders at Home of South Tampa is looking for a relationship-driven healthcare sales professional who wants more than a traditional sales job.

If you already have relationships in the healthcare, senior living, hospital, rehabilitation, case management, home health, hospice, assisted living, or senior-care community — this could be an opportunity to turn those relationships into your own book of business.

? The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Agent to help grow our private-pay home care business throughout Hillsborough County .

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity designed for someone who is:

• Well-connected in the healthcare or senior-care community
• Comfortable building relationships rather than making cold sales pitches
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Experienced working with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, assisted living, memory care, or other referral sources
• Looking for the freedom to create their own schedule and develop their own business within our organization

You won't be sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.

You'll be out building relationships, creating referral opportunities, and growing a book of business.

? The Compensation

Your earning potential is directly tied to the business you generate.

Private-Pay Home Care Referrals

• 10% commission on the first month's billed revenue for each qualifying new private-pay client you personally refer.

• $50 additional commission per qualifying referral once you reach the monthly referral threshold of five qualifying referrals.

• Referrals can carry over into the following month toward the five-referral threshold.

Assisted Living & Memory Care Placements

• 20% commission of the net placement fee received by the company for qualifying placements you facilitate.

Healthcare experience is strongly preferred — but relationships, credibility, initiative, and the ability to develop trust are what matter most.
