Director of Business Development

Director of Business Development - East Coast HealthCare Support is seeking a Director of Business Development - East Coast to support a well-established healthcare services organization specializing in hospice pharmacy operations and pharmacy benefit management solutions for providers across the United States. Compensation $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission Shift Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Benefits: Benefits begin on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment Medical, Dental, Vision Basic Life and AD&DD Insurance, disability coverage, and EAP. HSA, FSA, and 401K options Tuition Reimbursement up to $4,000/Year for Tuition, CEUs & Certifications PTO & Holidays (PTO is accrued for each hour worked up to the annual maximum (11 days for first year). + 7 Paid Holidays) Pet Insurance Daily Responsibilities The Director of Business Development is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining growth opportunities within the hospice pharmacy sector. This individual will take a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying new business prospects, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
