CareBuilders at Home of South Tampa is looking for an entrepreneurial healthcare sales professional who wants to build something of their own.

We are seeking a Business Development / Sales Agent to help expand our private-pay home care services throughout Hillsborough County, Florida.

? THIS IS MORE THAN A SALES JOB

This is an opportunity to build your own referral network, develop your own book of business, and earn based on the business you generate.

You won't be sitting behind a desk waiting for leads.

You won't be handed a list of strangers and told to make cold calls all day.

Instead, you'll use your existing relationships, credibility, knowledge of the healthcare community, and ability to create new relationships to generate qualified referrals and build a book of business.

You bring the relationships and business-development skills.
We provide the home-care services and operational support.
Together, we help families get the care they need.

? YOUR SUCCESS DRIVES YOUR INCOME

This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

There is no traditional salary or hourly wage. Instead, you earn when you generate qualifying business.

The more relationships you develop, the more referrals you generate — and the more you can earn.

Private-Pay Home Care

10% commission on the first month's billed revenue for each qualifying new private-pay client you personally refer.

PLUS — Referral Growth Bonus

Reach 5 qualifying referrals in a month and earn an additional:

$50 for each qualifying referral.

And qualifying referrals can carry forward into the following month toward the five-referral threshold.

Assisted Living & Memory Care Placements

Earn:

20% of the net placement fee received by the company for qualifying placements you facilitate.
