Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Location

Atlanta, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to a primarily medical patient population on a telemetry unit
• Manage a patient assignment of 5–6 patients within an 18-bed unit
• Perform and monitor IV therapy and PICC line management
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using EPIC electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 18 months of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with IV therapy and PICC line care
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit setting
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
