Responsibilities The Executive Director position is a full time leadership role within the organization. The job entails running a 100+ unit Assisted Living community. Lead and manage ~60 employees. Responsible for hiring, training, and coordinating staffing in the community. Financially capable with a basic knowledge of budgets, income statements, spend down reports, etc. Weekly conference calls with other Executive Directors in the Company.
