RN Director of Health / Wellness - 100 Unit Assisted Living Community Full‑time position. We operate large Independent and Assisted Living communities in the Western United States. The management team is experienced in the industry and seeks a candidate who is outgoing, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen understanding of financial management. Responsibilities Responsible for overall management of the Health / Wellness department. Supervises and educates the Health / Wellness staff. Qualifications RN licensed in Washington state with no encumbrances. 2 years experience in an assisted living environment desired. 3 years in a management or leadership role. Basic knowledge of geriatric nursing principles. Knowledge of Washington State regulations. Ability to work in a team environment. Effective communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Senior Living
