Our Business Office Managers have opportunities for advancement by exploring new roles such as Director of Financial Services, Human Resources Manager, or Executive Director. Core Responsibilities Lead the business office operations of the community. Attract, engage, develop, and retain associate staff to provide high‑quality care and personalized services to residents. Support the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and ensuring compliance with operational processes and regulatory requirements. Ensure effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and other community visitors. Oversee accurate billing of residents and lead timely collection of receivables. Manage the payroll process to ensure associates are paid correctly. Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment. Promote an inclusive community culture. May directly supervise another department. Qualifications Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; additional experience may substitute for education on a year‑for‑year basis. Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.
