This role offers a chance to build your experience, develop new skills, and make a positive impact on families’ parenting journeys. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Course 3 of the Playcentre Education Diploma or equivalent ECE Qualification (L4 or above desired) Current First Aid Certificate or be willing to achieve this Proven ability to engage confidently and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong organisational capabilities, including time management, meeting deadlines, multitasking, and balancing detail with overall objectives. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. About The Role As a Programme Facilitator, you lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of our Space sessions. You strive to create engaging, nurturing experiences for whānau and pēpi. Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Planning and setup of the sessions, ensuring any equipment is safe and clean Leading discussions, music and movement, play, crafts, and kai time Building relationships with whānau and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment Ensuring session admin tasks are completed on time #J-18808-Ljbffr Playcentre Aotearoa
