Physician Network Development Manager

Responsibilities Developing and implementing effective strategies to integrate new practices into Altais’s Networks of Care Owning growing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals Identifying and researching potential prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities Delivering full cycle relationship from initiation to onboarding of new providers Fostering and maintaining relationship with new prospective physicians Conducting service presentations and proposals to prospective physicians and providers Remain current on network trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments Work closely with cross-functional teams Requirements 7+ years of Provider Networking 7+ years of Managed Care experience Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities Proven experience in sales, with track record of meeting or exceeding targets Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work independently Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building and presentation skills Strong organizational and time management skills Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in Provider Networking and Managed Care, with a strong focus on relationship building, sales performance, and effective communication.
