Remote Radiology IT Support Specialist

Sirona Medical

Sirona Medical in San Francisco-based company is seeking an Application Support Specialist. This hourly remote role within the United States offers a preferred shift of 11 PM to 7:30 AM EST, with rotating overnight and weekend shifts to meet customer and business needs.

You will proactively respond to client issues, monitor sites, document incidents, and escalate where needed. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve software issues and contribute to knowledge base updates for
