We are seeking a professional Receptionist to warmly welcome visitors and provide excellent support to our team and clients. Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 8 am through 5 pm. About the Role: As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our company, managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression and supporting daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Provide general support to team members and management as requested. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office. Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required. Dependable, punctual, and a team player. Bilingual: English and Spanish fluency is a plus.
