Inside Sales Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative required to join a leading Boiler Manufacturers representative.
The successful Inside Sales Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for processing quotations, enhancing representative relationships and following up on product queries for equipment and solutions.
The ideal Inside Sales Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative should have an understanding and/or display a background in the HVAC, construction or mechanical engineering industry. You must be commutable to the office in Westchester County, NY.

Inside Sales Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator / Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage customer quotations, supporting the outside sales team with pricing, proposals and follow-up.
- Keep customers updated throughout service jobs, including completion updates, job tickets and satisfaction checks.
- Manage service contract renewals, ensuring agreements are updated, issued and followed up before expiry.
- Review invoices and service schedules, helping coordinate jobs and supporting the dispatch team where required.
Business Development Manager / Specification Sales Manager / Account Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, dispatch, project coordination or billing, ideally within HVAC, boilers or mechanical services.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage quotations, contracts and customer updates.
- Confident communicating with customers by phone and email while supporting sales, service and dispatch teams.
- Able to work from the Westchester County office five days per week
- Strong Presentation skills, proficient at using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
