Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health concerns of clients, enabling accurate clinical diagnoses and the development of effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and supportive counseling that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and efficient response to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in alignment with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care through regular team meetings and case consultations, enhancing client treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for clients' rights and needs when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in a counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
