We are looking for a motivated and engaged attorney to become part of our hands‑on construction practice. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, collaborative, and eager to take an active role in all aspects of construction litigation and counseling construction project stakeholders. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in North Carolina Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Strong academic credentials Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills We value candidates who demonstrate initiative, work well in a team‑oriented environment, and are excited to contribute to a dynamic and growing litigation practice. We advise on the negotiation and drafting of contracts for traditional design‑bid‑build, construction management at‑risk, and design‑build projects and handle arbitration, mediation, and litigation of complex construction disputes. Our attorneys have successfully prosecuted and defended multi‑million‑dollar delay, payment, defect, termination, and change order claims; represented clients before licensing boards; and defended against OSHA‑related matters.
