Production Helper

Production Helper – $15/hr – Day Shift (7am–3:30pm)

Location: Hammond, IN

Join a leading manufacturing and logistics company as a Production Helper! This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to grow within warehouse operations while working a consistent daytime schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.

• Move products to designated storage locations using proper material‑handling equipment.

• Sort, pack, assemble, and label merchandise for shipping.

• Mark materials for storage or distribution.

• Assist with physical inventory counts.

• Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift as required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Pay: $15/hr
