Join Our Team

RCL Mechanical is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Office Manager to support our Director of Human Resources and leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping an organization running efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, enjoys solving problems, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. As our company continues to grow, this position has a clear path toward a full-time opportunity.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and company events
  • Order office supplies, marketing materials, uniforms, and other company purchases
  • Handle mail pickups, deliveries, bank deposits, and local errands
  • Assist with business licensing applications, renewals, and compliance tracking
  • Support insurance policy renewals by gathering documentation and coordinating with brokers
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports, spreadsheets, and company tracking documents
  • Assist with HR administrative functions including:
    • PTO approvals and tracking
    • Employee documentation preparation
    • New hire paperwork
    • Personnel file maintenance
    • General HR support
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with special projects for leadership
  • Provide administrative support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office management, executive assistant, or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize changing workloads
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local errands
  • Experience with HR administration is a plus but not required
