Beverage-Driven AGM: Lead Operations & Wine Program

One Haus in New York City is seeking an Assistant General Manager with a strong beverage background to partner with the General Manager in running all aspects of the restaurant. This leadership role seeks an operator who can shape the beverage program while also driving day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of restaurant management, deep wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge, hands-on ordering and inventory experience, and a proven track record of building or refining beverage #J-18808-Ljbffr One Haus
