Now Hiring: School-Based Paraprofessional
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in the Greater San Francisco area for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working directly with students and educational teams to help create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Location: Greater San Francisco Area, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay: $25–$32 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to students under the direction of teachers and special education staff
- Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
- Support small-group and one-on-one instruction
- Help implement IEP accommodations and classroom modifications
- Monitor student progress and document observations as needed
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or CBEST Certification required
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Passion for helping students reach their full potential
