Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join one of their great companies. This role is essential for coordinating and managing dispatch operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with drivers and field staff to provide necessary instructions and support.
• Assess and prioritize emergency vs non-emergency calls
• Handle paperwork-check for accuracy
• Schedule calls into system to be dispatched

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant technology.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Onsite role

Pay:

Pay $20-$22 with a potential pay bump for performance
