Document Preparation: Organizing and preparing paper documents for scanning. Scanning Operations: Operating scanning equipment to convert documents into digital formats. Quality Assurance: Checking scanned documents for legibility, completeness, and accuracy. Indexing and Filing: Naming and organizing scanned documents in digital databases or file systems.
