ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Charleston, South Carolina. Job Details Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Location: Charleston, South Carolina Schedule Night shift: 3x12 hours, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours/week. Weekend rotation required every other week, with holiday rotation. Job Description The Medical Surgical Float Pool RN will provide care to patients across various medical‑surgical units within the facility. The RN will float between med‑surg floors, adapting to the varying needs of each unit. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in a fast‑paced environment. Assess and monitor patients’ health status, including vital signs and symptoms. Administer medications and manage IV therapy as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans. Ensure patient safety and adherence to isolation precautions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a medical‑surgical unit. Current South Carolina RN license or Multi‑State/Compact State RN License.
