Line Cook Range: $15.65 - $18.86 Responsibilities You will be preparing food the Red Robin way, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will keep guests worry‑free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. Qualifications Must be 17 or older. Other Types of Compensation : Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Retirement Benefits : 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year). Paid Time Off : 0.0192 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ Hours/week).
