Data Clerk Onsite/ Offsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Clerk to assist with entering, reviewing, updating, and maintaining information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accurate data-entry skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines. This position may be performed onsite or offsite depending on business needs. The Data Clerk will work with internal teams to ensure records are accurate, complete, organized, and properly maintained while protecting confidential company and customer information. Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
• Review data and source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Verify information and correct errors or discrepancies when identified.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Process forms, documents, reports, and other information according to established procedures.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information and report issues as needed.
• Assist with data cleanup, record updates, and document organization.
• Retrieve and provide information to authorized team members when requested.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed data-entry activities.
• Protect confidential customer, employee, and company information.
• Meet established accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time standards.
• Communicate with internal departments to clarify or verify information.
• Perform additional administrative and data-processing duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing and keyboarding skills.
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, databases, email, and web-based applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to identify and correct basic data errors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Dependable and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
