Security Officer Patrol Documentation
As a Security Officer Patrol Documentation in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support residents and visitors with professional customer service. You will report security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership, property representatives, and emergency responders as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
