We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facility Service Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing service requests from start to finish, coordinating with customers and subcontractors, dispatching work orders, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently communicate with customers, vendors, and service partners. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Receive, enter, and manage service requests in the company database.

Coordinate and dispatch work orders to subcontractors based on availability, pricing, and turnaround times.

Manage customer requests from initiation through completion, providing regular updates throughout the process.

Prepare and submit customer quotes in a timely manner.

Prioritize and coordinate routine, emergency, and scheduled service requests.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Monitor work order progress and ensure deadlines and service expectations are met.

Maintain detailed records, job notes, service histories, and equipment information.

Verify compliance requirements and customer-specific service standards.
Resolve service issues and identify solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities.
