Relief Business Consulting is seeking an experienced, high-performing Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

This is a hands-on, phone-driven sales role working directly with business owners who are facing serious financial and operational challenges. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, building trust quickly, identifying client needs, managing objections, following up consistently, and moving qualified prospects through the sales process.

We are looking for a proven salesperson who is confident on the phone, competitive, organized, accountable, and motivated by results. Your primary focus will be producing business and becoming a top performer within the team.

This role has been created with growth in mind. We are looking for someone who has the potential to become a leader within the department. A candidate who consistently produces, demonstrates strong judgment, accountability, and the ability to influence and support others may have the opportunity to advance into a Sales Manager role and eventually help lead, train, and develop the sales team.

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years of inside sales or phone sales experience
• Prior closing experience
• Experience in debt relief, MCA, collections, financial services, or business consulting is a plus
• Previous team lead, mentoring, or sales coaching experience preferred
