Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be supporting large-scale application development and modernization projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Madison, WI - 90% remote / 10% Onsite
Duration : 12+ months with highly possible extension

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate application development and support projects across all phases of the SDLC.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work plans, and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and track project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Support project management office activities, including backlog management and resource tracking.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of application development and support project management experience supporting large enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of experience leading system modernization projects.
• 10+ years of experience working with business stakeholders to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a regulated environment and adhere to all work rules and policies.
