Call Center Rep

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate service dispatching. The ideal candidate will have communication skills, be highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
• Handle approximately 10 customer calls per day
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls
• Dispatch technicians and update schedules as needed
• Enter and maintain customer information accurately
• Assist with general office and administrative support tasks

Qualifications

• Customer service or dispatching experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling phone calls and scheduling responsibilities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
