What We Offer
- Work-Life Balance: MondayThursday (9:004:30) and Early-Out Fridays (9:003:30). This is a fully in-office position.

- Competitive Salary: Starting base salary range is $45,000 to $50,000. The base salary offered will be determined by experience, credentials, education, certifications, and skill level. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

About the Role
We are looking for an individual who brings great energy and precision to our Suwanee office. You will be the friendly voice on the phone and the detail-focused professional ensuring the office operates flawlessly. You'll also be the one who makes our office feel like a place clients look forward to visiting. This role is a blend of people + process creating a smooth experience while making clients and colleagues feel completely taken care of.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact in our Suwanee office, opening and preparing the office daily, answering phones, and greeting clients with an upbeat, professional demeanor.
- Coordinate CEO's calendar and travel arrangements, schedule client appointments, and act as a liaison between clients and advisor.
- Oversee daily office operations, including digital/hard copy filing, managing supplies and vendors, and maintaining a welcoming, organized office environment.
- Process paperwork, handle data entry, and maintain our client database with high attention to detail.
- Systematize tasks and manage multiple projects to ensure every client request is handled.
- Plan and execute both in-office and out-of-office events for our clients and our team, including our annual pickleball tournament, holiday celebrations, educational financial seminars, and team gatherings.
- Create a warm, welcoming office atmosphere year-round, including decorating the office for the holidays, coordinating birthday and anniversary lunches for the team, and helping make every visitor feel at home.
- Support our team with various projects throughout the year.
- Build, maintain, and update spreadsheets across the team including client review schedules, event tracking, supply and vendor lists in both Excel and Google Sheets.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service, client-facing, and/or administrative assistant experience. (Financial services experience is a huge plus).
- Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends (roughly 57 times per year) for client events, with advanced notice. (We adjust in-office hours, so events are not added on top of a full week in office.)
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Positive, upbeat attitude a smile people can hear.
- Tech-Savvy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Google Workspace, CRM (Redtail CRM experience is a plus), Dropbox, RingCentral
- Ability to follow well-defined procedures while also demonstrating the ability to be forward-thinking and create or refine procedures as needed.
- Ability to operate efficiently with a team in a high-paced environment, while also self-sufficient during slower periods.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks with an "ownership" mindset.
- Innovative, energetic, forward-thinking, and outgoing.
- Event planning experience from initial concept to on-site execution.
- Genuinely enjoys creating a festive office atmosphere decorating for the holidays, celebrating team birthdays and anniversaries, and being part of the personal side of the team experience.
