Charge Nurse - Night Shift (Noc)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse for the Night Shift (Noc). Position Overview: As a Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the night operations of our healthcare facility. This leadership position requires a seasoned RN with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering superior patient care. Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide effective leadership and direction to the nursing staff during the night shift.
• Patient Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Supervision: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Clinical Expertise: Utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the night shift.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reports.

Qualifications: 1. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. 2. Minimum of [X years] of nursing experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team. 3. BLS and ACLS certification. 4. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
