BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Wound Care for a nursing job in Souderton, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Wound Care Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Responsibilities Provide 1:1 skilled nursing and support to patients in their homes. Conduct wound care consultations and oversee treatment plans. Perform client assessments, deliver patient and family education, and monitor patient conditions. Administer medications and provide comfort care as per individual care plans. Travel to assigned cases as required, Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays. Qualifications Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA. Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification. At least one year of nursing experience; prior home‑care experience strongly preferred. Excellent assessment, communication, and patient‑care skills with a calm and reassuring presence.
