Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $63+ per visit

Position Summary BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health for an ongoing, full‑time weekend schedule in North Wales, Pennsylvania. The weekend shift is either Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday, serving adult and geriatric clients throughout Montgomery County and parts of Philadelphia. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients within the assigned geographic territory. Administer medication, provide wound care, and perform treatments and procedures as required. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and properly document doctors’ orders. Conduct client assessments as necessary. Provide case management and coordination services. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art tablet device. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience; prior home‑care experience is strongly preferred. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, evidenced by transcript or diploma. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Willingness to travel to cases as assigned. Benefits Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
