Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $63+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Laurys Station, Pennsylvania to provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients throughout Lehigh County. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories. Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and document doctors' orders, perform client assessments, and coordinate case management. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program. Strong interpersonal and independent working skills; solid computer skills with EMR experience preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
