Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $63+ per visit

About the Role BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Hatboro, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and families, and monitor patient condition. See patients throughout their care needs, from hospital discharge to safe independent home life. Travel to assigned home care cases. Qualifications Active and current license to practice as an RN in the state of PA. One year of clinical experience preferred; previous home healthcare experience welcomed but not required. Ability to communicate effectively, provide compassionate care, and deliver reliable patient care. Capable of traveling to patient homes as assigned. Base Pay $61.00–$68.00 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation.
