BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health services in Gwynedd, Pennsylvania. The position is full‑time, scheduled Tuesday–Saturday, with a flexible schedule, 1:1 care focus, and strong emphasis on work/life balance. Job Details Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Responsibilities Follow designated care plans in accordance with patients’ needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and properly document doctors’ orders. Perform client assessments as necessary; manage case coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art tablet. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in PA. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home‑care experience preferred (not required). Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
