Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, collaborating with clients to create pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools to evaluate client needs effectively and inform treatment strategies.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, contributing to a cohesive approach to care.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, representing the organization in necessary audits and evaluations.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and service systems, facilitating connections that enhance client services and program outreach.

• Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and community stakeholders to uphold contract standards and align with the mission of Prime Health Counseling.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to secure funding sources and forge new partnerships for program expansion.

• Lead initiatives for professional development through conference participation, training, and representation of the agency at relevant meetings.

• Promote the organization’s values, philosophy, and mission in all interactions and activities.

• Conduct additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director, remaining flexible to the evolving needs of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Prime Health Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, and mental health crises. Qualifications\n
