Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department to ensure efficient workflow and optimal productivity. The role includes coordinating activities, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and implementing safety protocols. This position works closely with other departments to maintain a seamless production process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Technical skills including diagnosing equipment issues, implementing corrective actions, root cause analysis, production data analysis, and KPI reporting

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders and stairs
• Ability to work in confined or elevated spaces
• Tolerance for hot, cold, and noisy environments
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
• Fine motor skills for handling tools, devices, and materials
