Título de la Posición: Representante de Satisfacción y Servicio al Cliente Departamento: Servicio al Cliente El puesto de Representante de Servicio al Cliente tiene como propósito atender las llamadas de clientes actuales o potenciales y canalizar las mismas de acuerdo con las necesidades del paciente y/o cliente. Atiende toda llamada de acuerdo con la necesidad del paciente y/o cliente. Identifica en sistema el departamento o unidad a la cual pertenece la llamada y canaliza la misma según necesidad. Activa y desactiva llamadas que se redirigen a las guardias correspondientes respecto al departamento o unidad pertinente. Cumple con las disposiciones del Plan de Cumplimiento Corporativo de BOH, sus normas y procedimientos y Código de Conducta. Asiste y desempeña otras funciones que le sean asignadas, según necesidad. Grado Completado de Escuela Superior. Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas (Preferible). 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en funciones relacionadas al servicio al cliente (Preferible en centros de llamadas). Alta capacidad organizativa. Alta orientación hacia el servicio al cliente. Alta capacidad hacia la atención al detalle. Destrezas Interpersonales. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y con mínima supervisión. Habilidad para comunicarse efectivamente. Sentido de urgencia y enfoque a resultados. Alta destrezas en el manejo de sistemas computarizados. Trabajo que comprende actividades, procesos u operaciones repetitivas y de alguna complejidad. Habilidad para manejar amplia carga de llamadas, donde requiere altos niveles de concentración, y atención al detalle sobre el 70% del tiempo en el desempeño del puesto. Trabajo que comprende actividades, procesos u operaciones de equipos de oficina y el desarrollo de otras actividades que requieren que el empleado este sentado la mayor parte del tiempo, y que ejerza fuerza para peso igual o menor a 20 libras. Habilidad para estar sentado sobre el 90% del tiempo en el desempeño del puesto. Trabajo que requiere un alto nivel de atención, concentración o fijación de la vista. Habilidad para enfocar y leer documentación de moderado a amplio contenido en sistemas sobre el 80% del tiempo en el desempeño del puesto. Escribir, leer y hablar español el 100% del tiempo. Escribir, leer y hablar inglés aproximadamente entre un 20% y 30% del tiempo.
