Limited travel may be required.The Financial Consultant serves as the core Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) lead for Portfolio+, providing leadership across forecasting, reporting, performance management, and executive financial deliverables. This role partners with Operating Unit Finance, Strategy, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, drive alignment, and support portfolio-level business decisions.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead core FP&A processes across Portfolio+, including forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and performance management activities.Lead the Latest Best Estimate (LBE) process, including consolidation, financial analysis, risk assessment, opportunity identification, and stakeholder alignment.Develop and coordinate Monthly Financial Review (MFR), Executive Committee (ExCom), and other executive financial deliverables.Analyze financial results, forecasts, and key business drivers to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance impacts.Manage forecast tie-outs, variance analysis, and reporting accuracy across systems and financial submissions.Own the Portfolio+ FP&A calendar, coordinating milestones, deadlines, inputs, reviews, and deliverables across stakeholders.Partner with global Operating Unit Finance and Strategy teams to align assumptions, expectations, risks, opportunities, and key financial deliverables.Drive process improvements through simplification, standardization, and enhanced financial reporting and analytics.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree with 10+ years of Finance or Accounting experience OR Advanced degree with 8+ years of Finance or Accounting experience.Experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance management.Experience developing executive-level financial presentations, reporting, and business insights.Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Worldwide Reporting (WWR), and Global Standard Reporting (GSR).Experience translating complex financial data into actionable insights and business recommendations.Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership within a complex global organization.For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
