Financial Consultant - Portfolio+ FP&A

Medtronic seeks a Financial Consultant to lead financial planning and analysis for a $18B+ portfolio across medical devices and regional markets. The role drives forecasting, reporting, and performance management while partnering with operating units and executives to support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead core FP&A processes including forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and performance management
- Oversee Latest Best Estimate process with consolidation, risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment
- Develop Monthly Financial Review, Executive Committee, and other executive financial deliverables
- Analyze financial results and business drivers to identify trends, risks, and performance impacts
- Manage FP&A calendar and coordinate milestones, deadlines, and deliverables across stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years finance/accounting experience, or advanced degree with 8+ years
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
- Ability to develop executive-level financial presentations and reporting
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams on business decision support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of GAAP principles preferred
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at time of hire
