Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license in the state of New Jersey as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion.

• Organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively and meet administrative requirements in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with teletherapy practices will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
