• Pay: Base and Commission Pay paid weekly plus Monthly Bonus Opportunities
• Shift: 40-hour work week; Monday to Friday; One Saturday shift a month

• Engage & Assist: Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients through their loan options with confidence, care, and professionalism.
• Meet & Exceed Goals: Consistently hit department benchmarks while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Navigate & Improve: Follow scripts and use CRM tools effectively to streamline client interactions and stay compliant.
• Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with your team and leadership, embracing ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills.
• Communicate & Connect: Use strong, clear communication to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
