About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to join their dynamic team. The CCO will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the SaaS field, with a focus on scaling the business to €100M+ in revenues. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of building a company with the potential for a €1B+ exit. The successful candidate will be part of an extensive personal development journey, receiving 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and will have access to a community of the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. Key tasks for the CCO include embarking on a fully customized program for personal and professional growth, receiving support in hiring and team building, and intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. The CCO will work closely with the company's network to ensure the startup is on the path to product-market fit and will be supported in building a sales force or marketing engine. The ideal candidate for this role is based in Europe or the Americas, or is open to relocation, and must be willing to take full responsibility for their startup's success. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, as is a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to scale a business to new heights.
