What Youll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Educate customers on auto, home, life, and business insurance options
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
Provide customized coverage solutions based on client needs
Close sales and meet performance goals
Deliver top-tier customer service and support
What Were Looking For:
Sales-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication and people skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to own a business
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Insurance license (or willingness to obtainwe help with training!)
