Senior Case Manager - Community Rehab & Housing Advocate

ACMH, Inc. is seeking a Senior Case Manager/Case Manager for the Bronx Supportive Apartment program. This role provides case coordination and delivers community rehabilitation services to adults with serious mental illness. The Senior/Case Manager reports to the Program Director and works Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm in The Bronx.
